Robert “Bob” Huffman was raised in southwest Missouri and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Evangel University in Springfield, Mo. He has 25 years of experience in the agricultural industry, including extensive senior-level leadership in cooperative operations and manufacturing. He was named President and CEO of MFA Incorporated on Sept. 1, 2025.
Before joining MFA, Huffman spent more than 12 years with Dairy Farmers of America Inc., where he served as vice president of manufacturing operations for ingredients and consumer retail. He was responsible for manufacturing operations, capital execution, compliance and performance across multiple facilities.
Huffman served as president and CEO of First District Association, a dairy cooperative headquartered in Litchfield, Minn., where he led significant growth initiatives, including facilities development, organizational transformation and revenue expansion.
